From cutting to length to complete assemblies with profiles
Precise cutting to length is the first step in every profile machining process. We saw aluminum profiles to exact specifications – burr-free and with perfect angles. For miter cuts and special angles, we are fully equipped.
For complex contours, pockets and fits, we use CNC milling machines. Holes and threads are produced in a single setup – for maximum positional accuracy and economical production.
For high quantities, stamping holes and cutouts in profiles is the most economical method. On our eccentric presses (50–500t) we stamp profiles quickly and precisely. More at contract-stamping.com.
We bend aluminum profiles according to your specifications. Whether simple angle bending or complex 3D bending – our stamping and forming expertise makes it possible.
We can assemble machined profiles into finished subassemblies on request. Screwed, riveted or glued – ready to install for your production.
